We always aim to maintain our stock levels, however there can be times when we experience delays in receiving our items, which unfortunately can result in products becoming unavailable on the site. The site will display when a product is out of stock, however, if you would like to order a product that is sold out,  please do not hesitate to contact us on info@babybox-online.co.uk or by phone on 01489 878877 and one of our staff will be more than happy to provide you with information on when the item will be back in stock.

If the item / items you have ordered are unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and discuss the options with you.

Returns

Here at babybox, we have taken time in selecting a range of high quality products that we hope will be enjoyed by all. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the items that you receive, you can return them for a full refund (excluding postage & packaging) within 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods.

In order to receive this full refund, the goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

If your goods are found to be faulty or damaged, please contact us so that we can arrange for replacement of the goods or a full refund.
We will only be able to issue a refund to the card that was used to purchase our products.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
