babybox express contains a range of gift sets that have been carefully selected by us using our experience of what ‘mummies’ love to receive. The gift sets vary in products and prices to help cater for all tastes and budgets.

You can view enlarged images of your chosen product along with a detailed description of its contents and price. You will also have the option to choose whether your gift is for a boy or girl and the quantity required. Once you have completed the required fields, you click on the ‘add to box’ link.

You will then have the choice to continue shopping, view your box, or proceed to checkout having selected which delivery & packaging options you require.

We have several great categories to choose from. You can browse through all our products and see images, sizes, colours and detailed descriptions.

Choose the product you would like to order, the colour and size if applicable, and then click ‘Add to Box’.

You will then have the choice to continue shopping, view box or proceed to checkout having selected which delivery & packaging option you require.

We will then ask for your billing & delivery details, along with any gift messages before you are sent to Worldpay's secure servers to add your card details.

Sending Gift Vouchers

Please select the gift voucher that you would like to send by clicking ‘Add to Box’. You then proceed to ‘My Box’, which is found at the top of the page. Here you must select your packaging method. Normally we would send the vouchers in an envelope however if you like them presented in one of our gift boxes then please select the gift-wrap option. Otherwise simply select delivery packaging. You must then select your delivery method. Vouchers are sent either by First Class Recorded Post which can take up to 3-5 working days or by Special Next Day Delivery which is guaranteed before 12 noon the day after posting. Once you have completed this page you must proceed to ‘Checkout’. Please complete all the required fields and then select your payment method.

Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue. They are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Using A Gift Voucher

If you have received one of our gift vouchers you can use it to purchase any product from our site. Simply select the items you would like by clicking ‘Add to Box’. As you keep adding items you will see a running total in ‘My Box’ at the top of the page. Once you have completed your shopping, click on ‘My Box’. Please enter your unique voucher code in the relevant field and click the use button next to it. If you have purchased items exceeding the voucher value then the balance will be displayed next to ‘Order Total’. Alternatively, if your items total are less than the voucher value the remaining credit will be displayed and you can use the balance at another time. You must then select your delivery and packaging method. Products are sent either by First Class Recorded Post which can take up to 3-5 working days or by Special Next Day Delivery which is guaranteed before 12 noon the day after posting. Once you have completed this page you must proceed to ‘Checkout’. Please complete all the required fields and then select your payment method.

Your voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue. It is non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. However, if you do not use the full value of the voucher on your initial purchase, your voucher code can be used several times within the six months until the full value of that voucher has been used.

Corporate Account Holders

As a corporate client, you will have been issued with a username and password. Simply enter these to access the corporate benefits of our site. Once you have logged in, you will be returned to our home page where you will be able to enter babybox express or diy. In both sections, you will be able to browse through all our products and see images, sizes, colours and detailed descriptions.

Simply click ‘Add to Box’ for the gifts you would like to send. You will see a running total of the cost your items next to ‘My Box’ which is at the top of the page. Once you are happy with your selection, go to ‘My Box’ where you will be required to select your delivery method. Here you will see the discount you have received as a corporate customer. You can choose to ‘Continue Shopping’ or go to ‘Checkout’. Once you are at ‘Checkout’, you will need to provide us with your gift message and the details of where you would like your gift sent. Once you have completed the required fields, click ‘Confirm Order’. You will be sent a copy for your records. Once we have received your order, we will get it beautifully packaged in one of our ‘complimentary’ babyboxes and despatched that day by courier. If any of the items are out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

We will then issue your company with an invoice will needs to be settled within 21days.

Offline payment & International shipping

If you wish to pay by cheque, or require International shipping then please look out for the appropriate links in the checkout section.

Paying by cheque will allow you to print your order details in full, and pop this order in the post with appropriate payment.

For International shipping orders, you can email us your order from the website so we can work out what the postage will be. We will then contact you back with a quote, and can arrange for payment to be taken over the phone to complete your order.
